Eyelash Extension

Please read the following information before booking to avoid any confusion.

Bookings are available from Tuesday to Saturday 10-4pm
PATCH TEST – A Patch Test is a legal requirement and will be booked in 24/48 hours prior to your lash appointment. If you cannot attend the patch test, please let us know so we can book you in at a later date.

To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit of £40 is required. Which can be paid online or over the phone when booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the day.

We do not work over other Techs’ work so please arrive with no lashes (or Mascara/makeup) as you will be charged for removal or turned away if there is not enough time.

Lateness/Cancellations

Please inform us as soon as possible, if you are running late as this affects other appointments. 10 minutes grace period will be granted, anything after that the appointment will be cancelled, depending on the schedule for the day.

If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Please do so 24 hours before your appointment or you may lose your deposit.

How to care for your lashes

Aftercare

How do I take care of my new Eyelash extensions?

• Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours
• Avoid hot steams or sauna for 48 hours
• Avoid running water directly on your lashes if you want them to last longer
• Do not rub or touch your eyes
• Only use water-based eye makeup remover
• Do not perm your lashes
• Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler
• Do not pull on your lashes
• Gently brush the lashes only when necessary
• Avoid touching the extensions when removing make-up
• Avoid using oily products
• Use only specially formulated mascara or eye-liner for lash extensions
• Avoid sleeping on your face and using face masks
• Seek only a professional if you want your eyelash extensions removed
