What to expect before, during, and between treatments.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed. You can book directly through our website or by contacting us by phone or email. We recommend starting with a consultation so we can understand your concerns and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for you.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
We always recommend starting with a consultation. During your appointment, one of our doctors will assess your concerns, medical history, and aesthetic goals before recommending a personalised treatment plan. We never adopt a one-size-fits-all approach.
Are your injectable treatments painful?
Discomfort is minimal. Most of our injectable treatments use very fine needles, and where appropriate we apply a topical anaesthetic cream beforehand. Most patients describe the sensation as a mild pinch. Your comfort is always our priority, and we take time to ensure you feel relaxed throughout.
How long do results from dermal fillers last?
Results vary depending on the type of filler used, the area treated, and individual factors such as metabolism and lifestyle. Generally, dermal filler results last between nine and eighteen months. During your consultation we will give you a realistic expectation of longevity for your specific treatment.
What is the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?
Botox® (botulinum toxin) relaxes the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. Dermal fillers add volume, contour, and hydration to areas that have lost fullness over time, such as the cheeks, lips, and under eyes. Both treatments can be used together for a comprehensive rejuvenation approach.
What are polynucleotides and exosomes?
These are advanced regenerative treatments that work by stimulating your skin’s own repair and renewal processes. Polynucleotides are DNA fragments that deeply hydrate and regenerate skin tissue. Exosomes are tiny biological messengers that trigger collagen production and cellular repair. Both are cutting-edge alternatives to traditional injectables, with excellent results for skin quality, hydration, and anti-ageing.
