360° Holistic Approach Medically Led Excellence on Harley Street

22 Harley Street· CQC Regulated· Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal· Aesthetic, Wellness & Nutrition Combined

Lasting results — in your skin, your body, and how you feel — are rarely achieved by treatment alone. Nutrition and lifestyle form the foundation beneath every aesthetic and wellness outcome, which is why they sit at the centre of the PHP 360° approach.

Why Nutrition Is Part of Aesthetic Medicine

PHP Aesthetic-Wellness was built on a simple premise: aesthetic and wellness outcomes cannot be separated from what is happening inside the body. Skin quality, hair health, energy levels, body composition, and the rate at which in-clinic results fade are all profoundly influenced by nutritional status, metabolic health, and lifestyle factors — sleep, stress, hydration, movement, and the gut microbiome among them.

Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal — Dr Pharm with a PhD in Dermatology — brings a pharmacological and nutritional grounding to every consultation, going beyond the cosmetic surface to understand the metabolic and nutritional picture driving a patient’s presenting concern. This is what we mean by The French Touch’s 360° holistic approach: aesthetic treatment, nutrition, and lifestyle addressed together, not in isolation.

“A patient can have the most skilfully performed treatment in the world, but if their nutrition is depleted, their gut health is poor, or their stress and sleep are unmanaged, the results will never be as good or as lasting as they could be. We treat the whole picture, not just the symptom in front of us.”Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal, PHP Aesthetic-Wellness

What a Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation Covers

Nutritional Assessment
A detailed review of current diet, eating patterns, and any specific concerns — energy, digestion, weight, skin, hair, or sleep — alongside a relevant blood panel where indicated to identify deficiencies in key nutrients including iron, vitamin D, B12, and ferritin.
Metabolic & Hormonal Picture
Where relevant, an assessment of metabolic and hormonal factors that influence weight, energy, and skin health — including thyroid function and the hormonal changes of perimenopause, menopause, and andropause.
Lifestyle Review
Sleep quality, stress levels, alcohol intake, activity patterns, and the practical realities of a patient’s daily life are discussed honestly, recognising that the best advice is the advice a patient can actually sustain.
Personalised Plan
A bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan is built around the individual — not a generic diet sheet — integrated where appropriate with the in-clinic treatments below to accelerate and sustain results.

Treatments That Support Nutrition & Lifestyle Goals

A nutrition and lifestyle programme is often most effective when paired with in-clinic treatments that work directly on the body’s nutritional and metabolic status — accelerating results and reinforcing the changes made through diet and lifestyle alone.

🧾

IV Vitamin Therapy

Where a nutritional assessment identifies specific deficiencies, or where oral absorption is limited by gut health, intravenous delivery bypasses the digestive system entirely — achieving cellular concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that diet and supplementation alone cannot reach. Energy, immunity, and skin-focused formulations are tailored to the findings of your consultation.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy delivers a bespoke micronutrient formula directly into the skin or body tissue, supporting the visible, local expression of better nutritional status — brighter, better-hydrated skin, improved scalp health for hair growth, or support for localised body composition goals — as a direct complement to systemic nutritional change.

Cellulite Reduction

Cellulite has a structural cause, but its severity is meaningfully influenced by hydration, circulation, and lifestyle factors — all of which are addressed as part of a nutrition and lifestyle programme. Combining dietary and hydration changes with in-clinic cellulite treatment produces a more complete and more sustained result than either approach alone.

🧬

Enzyme Therapy

For localised fat deposits that persist despite a well-managed diet and active lifestyle, enzyme therapy targets resistant fat and fibrous tissue directly — a clinical complement for the areas that genuinely do not respond to nutrition and lifestyle change alone, however well sustained.

Nutrition first, treatment second. At PHP Aesthetic-Wellness, in-clinic body treatments are never offered as a substitute for addressing nutrition and lifestyle — they are offered alongside it. Where a patient’s goals would be better served by nutritional change before or instead of a procedure, we will say so plainly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a weight loss programme?
Not exclusively. While weight management may be one goal for some patients, the nutrition and lifestyle programme at PHP Aesthetic-Wellness is built around the individual’s broader health and aesthetic goals — which may include energy, skin quality, hormonal balance, or sustainable long-term habits, with or without a weight component.
Do I need blood tests?
Where relevant to your goals or presenting concern, yes — a blood panel is the most reliable way to identify nutritional deficiencies rather than guessing. Not every consultation requires blood testing; this is assessed individually.
Can I have IV therapy without a full nutrition consultation?
Yes, IV therapy is available as a standalone treatment. However, patients who combine it with a nutrition and lifestyle consultation typically see more sustained benefit, as any underlying deficiency or lifestyle factor driving the need for IV support is identified and addressed at the root.
How is this different from seeing a nutritionist elsewhere?
Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal is a Dr Pharm with a PhD in Dermatology, bringing a medical and pharmacological grounding to nutritional advice that goes beyond general wellness coaching. The integration with in-clinic treatments — IV therapy, mesotherapy, cellulite and enzyme treatment — under one roof is also distinct from a standalone nutrition consultation.
