Healthy ageing, measured by a doctor

Most longevity testing is sold direct-to-consumer, with no physician behind it and no one able to act on what the results show. Ours is different: every assessment is led by a doctor, on Harley Street, in a CQC-registered clinic.

We combine biomarker blood testing, body composition and functional analysis, and a Quantificare 3D facial ageing assessment into one programme — then connect what is happening inside your body to the outward markers of ageing, and to the aesthetic and nutrition care PHP is known for.

It is built to run over time rather than as a one-off screen, because that is where the real clinical value lies: a baseline, a plan, and measurable change you can see.

Initial consultation

60 minutes: medical and family history; lifestyle, sleep and nutrition; body composition; functional markers; 3D facial ageing assessment; blood test request.

Step 02

Blood testing

Processed by TDL — The Doctors Laboratory, one of the UK's leading diagnostic services.

Step 03

Results consultation

45 minutes: your biomarkers, body composition and facial analysis reviewed together, with a written report and a prioritised plan.

Ongoing tracking

Scheduled re-testing under membership, with every result shown against your baseline.
