Covid-19 Testing
COVID-19 TESTING OPTIONS
You cannot use the Day 5 Test to Release scheme if you’ve been in or through a country on the red list in the 10 days before you arrive in England.
All travellers booking a Day 5 Test to Release test will need to have ready the following information for each traveller being tested (not just the lead traveller):
- Traveller Booking Reference Number (must be pre agreed with the DHSC)
- Forename
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Traveller residential address (Your residential address; unless you are not resident in England. For non-English residents enter the address at which you are isolating)
- Vaccination status (This will include number of doses you have had)
- Passport number / Identity Card Reference
- Date of arrival in UK
- Coach number / flight number / vessel name
- Country or territory travelled from when arrived in UK
- Any other country or territory transited through as part of the journey to the UK
